Torraspapel decides in favour of Robuskin®
The most reputable distributor of sheets to the Graphics printing industry in Spain, Torraspapel, has found new markets by offering innovative products. The key to this success is the family of Robuskin® products manufactured by the MDV Group based in Karlstein near Aschaffenburg. The decision to enlist Robuskin® , and consequently to de-list competitors'offers, was made after intensive product testing.
"The multi-product offering and their wide-ranging capabilities, was what convinced the Torraspapel management" explained Mr. Ashok Krishna, MDV´s Marketing Director. The availability of these innovative products now also in sheets, opens up hitherto unexplored business opportunities both for the Distributor and the printer. Bernd. A. Reichert, MDV's Finance Director concurs, "Robuskin® is not only waterproof, but also heat- and tear-resistant. Furthermore, high opacity, resistance to salt water, sweat, saliva, oil and other chemicals are features which engender further conviction in it's almost unlimited use“.
In terms of handling, in the printing process, this synthetic paper can hardly be distiguished from conventional papers. This means Robuskin® can be used in all applications where ordinary paper has reached it's limit!
This partnership between MDV and Torraspapel (also represented in Portugal, Italy and France) is once again a testament to the innovative capability of MDV. As a result , this paper and film coating specialist is justified in claiming their commitment to "pioneering solutions".
