Robuskin breaks through during the DocuWorld in Singapore
The MDV Robuskin synthetic product offering is now also available in sheets. This message spread quickly at the DocuWorld in Singapore, the biggest Congress for digital printing and finishing, which was held for the 14th time, by FujiXerox. It is generally a must to visit for those involved in the graphics print industry. Innovations and workflow optimizations were exhibited, and there was an opportunity to attend expert lectures.
MDV, the specialist film and paper coater, who sells its products to distributors worldwide, established new sales leads for Robuskin at this year’s DocuWorld. Represented by Elof Hansson, both Spicers Australia, and Spicers Singapore, have been added to the growing distributors list. They are very enthusiastic about the wide ranging applications of the Robuskin product family . Spicers belong to the well-known global Paperlinx group, who also stock other MDV products in Europe.
MDV Export Manager Ronald Dehn explained that Robuskin allows easy printing and processing and is water-, heat- and tear- resistant. Additionally, the product family is durable, has high opacity, and is resistant to oil, sweat, saliva and sea-water.
Due to its application versatility, weights and processing characteristics, distributors can attract new customer groups.
Adam Bohatko, Sales Manager at Elof Hansson, is equally convinced about Robuskin, and the service the MDV Group offers: “MDV supports us and our distributors with training sessions, as well as material, which make it easier for us to offer optimal customer service. Innovative technology, coupled with top service, and the development of close contacts with MDV, was the deciding factor why we chose MDV as our partner."
"The positive feedback from Singapore renews our confidence in further development and production of Robuskin, and confirms that we are in tune with today's market requirements." concludes Ronald Dehn.
