Robuskin® is our registered trademark for synthetic substrates, which currently include PE, PP, PET and PVC.

 

Coated, one- or double-sided, all of these different plastic substrates can be printed like paper. Thicknesses range from 36 - 400 µm.

 

Uncoated (ECO) types are printable using film or UV inks, but may also be thermal transfer printed.

 

Robuskin® is water and sea water, as well as saliva and sweat resistant. It also withstands most solvents and chemicals.

 

Robuskin® types are versatile, as different base substrates are combined with a white coating. Robuskin® types are versatile. High opacity, dimensional stability, and excellent printability distinguish us from our competitors' materials.

We keep reels and sheets of most of our Robuskin® materials in stock.

 

Robuskin® types, certified for direct food contact with wet and dry foods, in conformance with the BGA /FDA regulations, are available.
